Raise a Glass to National Rum Day
Today is National Rum Day, and we’re celebrating with our favourite premium BACARDÍ cocktails. We’re toasting this special day with the Cambiar, developed by Toronto bartender Chantelle Gabino.
- 1.5 oz Bacardi 8
- 0.5 oz amontillado sherry
- 0.5 oz verjus
- 0.5 oz simple syrup
- Peach bitters
- Lemon oil
Method: “Throw” or “roll” liquid between two tins over ice to create aeration, dilution and achieve cold temp. Serve up.
